Tropicana Del Norte Residence Hall is directly adjacent to the Main UCSB Campus and caters to UCSB Freshmen. The Villas at Tropicana is an Isla Vista college apartment community for upperclassmen. Tropicana Gardens is our Residence Hall for Santa Barbara City College Students.
