At Tropicana Villas you don’t have to buy, move or store furniture. Our 2-bedroom/2-bath apartments all come fully furnished. Lease by the bed OR rent a whole apartment. Move in with friends or we’ll help you find roommates. Choose a by the bed or joint and several lease. Don’t feel like cooking? Sign up for a meal plan at a nearby Trop Café.
Close to Everything
Walk or bike to downtown IV, UCSB or the beach. Take a bus to shop in downtown Santa Barbara. Walk to a nearby Tropicana residence hall where you are always welcome to use our private theater, fitness center, heated pools and study lounges.
No Surprises
With our flat, monthly utility payment, there are no surprises. All utilities– water, trash, electric, basic cable and hi speed Wifi are included.
Tropicana Villas welcomes continuing UCSB and International Students. To live at Tropicana Villas you need to have completed 12 college units or be 20 years old.
