Tropicana Villas

Tropicana Villas is located 5 blocks from the UCSB campus. The Villas is a quiet 2-story apartment community built around a garden courtyard and pool. Community amenities include:

All amenities are accessible to guests at any Tropicana community. Dining Hall access is subject to camp or conference agreement type or the purchase of a meal card.

Please note that all Tropicana Communities are no-smoking. Due to our temperate climate, our buildings are not air-conditioned
