Your Individual Housing Package at Tropicana Gardens Includes:

At Tropicana Gardens, you sign an individual contract for a bed space in a shared residence hall suite. The pricing is per person, so you are responsible for you and only you, not your roommates. Your all-inclusive payments include:

On-site Meal Plan (10 meals a week included in base cost of contract, with the option to adjust to 7, 14, 17 or 19 meals per week)
Rent
All Utilities (electricity, water, gas, trash, high-speed internet)
Light Housekeeping twice monthly

Your payment depends on the bedroom occupancy that you choose. We offer contracts for a limited number of doubles (“A” Bedroom for a small double and and d“B” Bedroom for the large double), triples ( “C” Bedroom shared by three people), or quads (“C” Bedroom shared by four people.
